This will be your job.
You will not only implement new projects and workflows, but also new functions, processes and automation that will lead to more efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You are the single point of contact for projects with customer service experience that bring together different departments and key stakeholders.
You’ll be consulted to give instructions on how to manage growth and make your process development decisions based on available data.
You ensure that the defined goals are met by the customer service team.
You offer these skills and experience.
You have a proven track record in project management in a fast-paced environment.
You will be able to identify bottlenecks and establish new processes accordingly.
You are analytical, well organized and like deep dives in large data sets.
You want to get to the bottom of things and are able to make data-driven decisions.
You don’t accept „no can do“ as an answer. You are a problem solver and not a problem solver and are not afraid to implement changes.
You are exceptionally communicative and know how to deal with our stakeholders.
